The food was awesome.  Small space and due to the weather people could only be seated inside, but the waiter was really kind and managed this really well. All in all a great experience, and would definitely return.

Arrived early for our booking &amp; shown to our table . We were the only guests so it was lovely &amp; quiet inside .  Bread &amp; water arrived the we ordered &amp; asked if we could omit mushrooms which was no problem .  Requested a small portion as hate food waste.  Food was delicious &amp; still a huge portion of pasta . Hubby had pizza which was a bit over fired as crust was tough to cut but again delicious .  Great value &amp; well worth a visit

Everything was perfect. The best focaccia ever. The place was quite, very familiar and the service was perfect.  Italian vibes and exelent food.

Second time that we visited and again it was good. We had the steak 1.3 kg and the chef cooked as we asked for.

The ice cream here - Italy is called &quot;Gelato&quot; - is the best ice cream in the world, and tourists eat almost all of them. And the signboard of this store says that the store is the Gelato world champion of 2006/07 and 2008/09! It is said that the saffron ice cream here is a feature, you must not miss it.

Nice quaint place with very good food and service. Only holds about 20 people with 6 or so tables inside. Had air-conditioning. We were very happy with it.

The food was excellent as was our waiters. Spoke English well and super friendly. The best meal and service we have had in Italy by a long way. Grazie!

Terrific restaurant at the gates of San Gimignano.  First reaction is to go inside through the gate but this place should not be missed.  The service is terrific - Gabriel was so much fun.  We had a table looking down through the valley that was wonderful.  I had spaghetti with oil, garlic and chili&rsquo;s- so simple but so easily ruined - it was wonderful.  Apple cake with ice cream a perfect end.  Very reasonable prices - it&rsquo;s small so book and THEN after lunch walk into the walled village to explore.
